1.1. Online courses, digital products and access to educational platforms are considered goods that are not subject to return after access is provided (according to Art. 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and p. 3 part 3 Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce").
1.2. By placing an order, the user confirms familiarization and agreement with the refund terms.

2.1. Refund is possible only in cases where:

• the buyer did not receive access to the course within 48 hours after payment;
• an erroneous transaction or double charge occurred (confirmed by the bank);
• the course was cancelled by the organizer or unavailable for technical reasons.

2.2. Refund is not provided if:

• access to the course was granted (even partially);
• the user received materials (videos, files, PDFs, etc.), even if they did not complete the course fully;
• more than [for example: 7 calendar days] have passed since the purchase;
• refund is requested based on personal dislike of the format, content or teaching style.

3.1. To receive a refund, you must send a request to email info@formulaonline.biz with the subject "Refund" and specify:

• Full name of the buyer
• Order number
• Payment date
• Reason for request

3.2. The Company will review the request within [3-5] business days and provide a written response.
3.3. If the refund is approved, funds will be transferred to the same account/card from which payment was made within [5-10] business days.

4.1. If the course includes a subscription with automatic renewal, the user can cancel it at any time through their personal account or by writing to info@formulaonline.biz
4.2. Subscription cancellation stops access to new content, but the already paid period is not compensated.
